Olly Marlowe

In his position, Marlowe is responsible for the curation of all menus for Lunar Pub Company, including The Hunter’s Moon pub and dining room in Chelsea that opened in late 2019, Ganymede bar and dining room in Belgravia that opened in September 2021 and The Apollo Arms, opening in Clapham May 2023. Marlowe creates daily changing modern British menus, making use of the best seasonal ingredients from top quality suppliers, including La Fromagerie, Mersea Oysters and Fish For Thought.
