Thuy Hoang is a chef, food writer and influencer specialising in Vietnamese food culture. She was born in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) and came to the UK at the age of nine as a refugee. Thuy is passionate about her cultural heritage, its strong connection with food, and the meaning food holds for the Vietnamese community in Britain.
