Fresh, simple and honest. These delightful lollies are perfect for rustling up when you have a glut of oranges or simply to satisfy a hankering for a refreshing pick-me-up.
10 minutes, plus freezing time prep,
Serves 4
Ingredients
Juice of 5–6 large oranges (roughly 300ml)
Special kit:
A squeeze of fresh lime juice
4 x 85ml ice-lolly moulds and sticks
Method
Mix the fresh orange juice with a squeeze of fresh lime, tasting and adjusting to your liking. Pour into the lolly moulds until each one is three-quarters full. Put the moulds in the freezer upright for an hour or so before poking an ice-lolly stick into e
Continue to freeze for a further 3 hours, or preferably, overnight, until solid. Remove the moulds from the freezer and, working quickly, dip the moulds briefly into hot water, then gently pull the lollies out of the moulds and serve straight away.
