During your stay you’ll take a short walk to Salcombe Gin Distillery, Bar and Gin School on Island Street. The experience starts at The Boathouse with a ‘Salcombe & Tonic’ in hand whilst the distiller gives a guided tour of the distillery.

You will then take charge of a mini-copper still and develop and distil your bespoke 70cl bottle of gin to share. In the bar afterwards, sample some of the new Mediterranean-inspired ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’, a delicate, fresh and truly exquisite dry rosé gin with fragrant notes of fresh lemon peel and Provence herbs, complemented by the natural sweetness of red fruit and the distinctive perfume of white flowers and orange blossom.

Salcombe Gin will also present you with a ‘Rose Sainte Marie’ hamper to take home and enjoy your gin in style. Each hamper includes a 70cl bottle of Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’, a copper barware set, glasses, four Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Waters and a Salcombe Gin jute bag.
