Summer Berry Swirled Lollies
We simply love summer berries, and this healthy ice lolly recipe really makes the most of them! It's a combination of tangy yoghurt, raspberries and blueberries, but you're welcome to experiment with other berries too!

Serves 10

Ingredients

75g blackberries

150g raspberries

4 tsps runny honey

300g flavoured Greek yoghurt – vanilla, honey and coconut all work well

Method

Mash the blackberries with a fork on a plate with 2 teaspoons of the honey. Do the same with the raspberries and the remaining honey on a second plate.

Layer alternate spoonfuls of mashed fruits with the yoghurt in plastic shot glasses.

Add lolly sticks and freeze overnight. To serve, dip moulds briefly in warm water, then lift out of the moulds and serve.
