The Ultimate Sunshine Negroni

On a hot summer day, there's no better way to refresh yourself than with this twist on a negroni recipe. Grapefruit soda and grenadine add some colour and zest to the drink, which is one of our summertime favourites!
5 minutes prep,
Serves 1
Ingredients
25ml citrus-forward gin, such as Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Gin
25ml Aperol
25ml Dolin Bianco
10ml orange juice
35ml grapefruit soda
5ml grenadine
Orange slices
Method
Add the gin, Aperol, vermouth and orange juice to an ice-filled highball glass and gently stir. Top up with chilled grapefruit soda and slowly pour the grenadine down the inside of the glass.
Garnish with orange slices to serve.
